– If you cancel more than 24 hours before your activity, you’ll receive a full refund.

– For cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours in advance, a 50% refund is possible.

– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the activity.

– If the cancellation is due to Big Foot Watersports  unsafe weather or inability to provide the service), a full refund or postponement may be offered.
